The Departments of the Treasury, Labor, and Health and Human Services issued the Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Final Rules (85 FR 72158).These rules require group health plans and health insurance issuers to make publicly available, without any conditions, machine‑readable files (MRFs) disclosing:

• In‑network negotiated rates forcovered items and services

• Historical out‑of‑network allowed amounts and billed charges

• Network partner files hosted off-site
