1. Brand

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Angle Health, Inc. (“Angle Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Program description / types of messages

Angle Health’s SMS program is for insurance brokers and employer group contacts. If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS/text messages (for example via our SMS Opt-In form), Angle Health may send you text messages about group health-benefit quotes, enrollment status, document requests, and meeting follow-ups related to employer coverage. Examples include updates on a group quote, enrollment status for an employer group, requests for census or other documents, and follow-ups to scheduled meetings or calls. This is not a marketing blast program. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your group quote, enrollment, and meeting activity. You may receive multiple messages in connection with an active group quote or enrollment.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Angle Health does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. You may also use supported opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END if offered by the messaging platform.

7. Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
